#5 Leaving Tek Camp-going out of Denali Natl Park

Denali National Park & Preserve

No kidding...as we were driving out of the park, this bear came walking toward us on the road. He looked from one side of the motorhome to the other and back again, trying to decide which side he was going to go down. When he got close to the RV he took off running along the passenger side.

We kinda thought maybe he felt he had met a formidable foe he didn't couldn't beat?

The last view inside the Park were as beautiful as when we came in four nights ago.

And then, and then, we came around a bend and Mt. McKinley was right there! What a sight to see so close up!

What can beat a better view than this?

Every couple miles we stopped again and again to take way too many pictures. Had to have something really great for the blog after all.

When the "big one" is not in sight, it doesn't take away from Denali Park at all. We have only seen the park from the roadside. To really get the feel of Denali National Park and Preserve I think a person has to do some hiking, both short, day hikes and longer hikes in the back country.

We might have been on our way out, but we won't soon forget the experiences we did have in Denali.
